Vetrerie Dal Pian uses different methods to glue glass: UV curing using ultra-violet lamps and bi-component glues. Both these methods enable invisible bonds to be obtained and guarantee at the same time a strong mechanical seal.
In case of the UV-curing, the adhesive is spread over the two surfaces to be bonded and hardens when heated by exposure to ultra-violet rays from a UV lamp.

Glass can be bonded to other materials as well as glass: metals, plastics, wood and stone.
The procedure is generally used for the construction of furniture, tables, glass cabinets and furnishing accessories, but can also be used for applying decorations (such as glass tiles) to glass panels. For glass and porcelain stoneware, Vetrerie Dal Pian offers both glueing and laminating with EVA interlayer.
